Horton Plain National Park Horton Plains National Park is a protected area in the central highlands of Sri Lanka and is covered by  grassland and forests. Its declared as a Srilankan national park in 1988. Fromthen this has become a popular destination for travelers. Nuwara Eliya Nuwara Eliya is a district situated in central province Srilanka. It is considered as the one of the most beautiful cities and the city with lowest temperature in Srilanka.
