This is a unpopular place, normally travelers dont visit there because it is a small place. But I'm writing about it, to show you that there are still unpopular, untraveled small areas in Srilanka.

Weherahena Temple                  Weherahena Viharaya is situated in kakanadura, Matara.It's about 7km away from matara town. Weherahena is a popular temple among buddhist though is nothing historical significant in this temple. infront view of the temple The story of this temple starts during the early 20th century. It is said that Rev. Parawahera Rewatha thero was sent to this area as a punishment. In that days this area was very rural and 1/2 acre od think jungle with a bodhi tree. with the instruction of rewatha thero with the support of the villagers this temple was constructed. Little Adam's peak Little Adam's peak or Punchi siri padaya is one of the most tourist attracted place in Ella. Its located in the 98 arch tea state. After few minutes walk from Ella town you can come to the entrance of it. This a great place for travelers who are interested in hiking and mountain climbing. little Adam's peak is a small mountain  in Ella. But we can see whole ella area when we reach the peak of this mountain. The main reason why people love here is these awesome views. The Little Adam`s Peak is about 1141 m high and its fairly easy to climb, with a good path and stair cases all the way up. Below are some photographs taken when we climb little Adam's Peak.
